How long does the delivery take?


Upon receipt of your order and your payment, we ship all year round within 24 hours (you will receive an email when the order is shipped). Once the package has been sent to the carrier, allow 48 to 72 hours for delivery.


What is the price and delivery?


We offer delivery for all orders made, there is no delivery charge at Robot Protect.


How will my package be delivered?


We work in collaboration with the delivery company GLS. It is essential to mention your telephone number (preferably mobile) when ordering in order to facilitate delivery. In case of absence, you will be notified by a calling card to make a later appointment, at no additional cost.


How to track my order ?


You will receive an email when your package is dispatched in which you will find a tracking number to use on the GLS website.

Can't find the email? Check your junk mail, if not, contact us so that we can respond to your request.

My package arrived damaged, what should I do?


If your package or product arrives damaged, notify the carrier in writing (with supporting photos if possible), with a copy to the seller.


Subsequently, after investigation, we will ship the order again or refund the amount paid, unless proof is provided that (article L.221-15 of the Consumer Code):

  • The consumer is involved, or

  • A * third party to the contract is involved, that this is insurmountable and that it was unforeseeable (a theft for example), or

  • The damage is the consequence of force majeure (natural disaster, fire, etc.)

What if I am not at my home during the delivery?

In these cases, as soon as you know that you will not be present during the delivery, contact the GLS company who can arrange a new meeting. If the delivery person is not notified, he will leave a calling card to arrange another meeting later.


Is the payment secure?


Robot Protect provides you with total security when shopping on its website. We offer payment via many different bank cards. The security of transactions is guaranteed by our providers PayPal and Stripe.


How do I get an invoice?


You will find the invoice directly in your customer account, if this is not the case, contact us, we will send you a copy as soon as possible.


How do I know if my robotic lawnmower is compatible?


Compatibility tables produced by us are available on the website, to access them, follow this link: Compatibility tables


The tables are exhaustive and it is possible that compatible models are not present. To ensure the compatibility of your robotic lawnmower, the dimensions are also available on the site, make a comparison between the dimensions of your robot and that of the robotic lawnmower shelter. Be careful to keep a margin, in fact, if you want good protection and a successful aesthetic, it is better to keep a few centimeters of margin and therefore do not hesitate to switch to the model above if necessary.


Is there a guarantee ?


Yes, our products are guaranteed for 2 years. If this warranty is used, you must provide us with the serial number of the robotic lawnmower shelter, the location and the date of purchase (copy of the invoice as proof).


Then the parts are shipped for free within 24-48 hours.


Parts rendered unusable by improper handling or improper repair are excluded from the scope of the warranty.


How long does the assembly take?


With the assembly instructions, the installation of the shelter will take between 10 and 20 minutes depending on your skills


Warning: the duration may increase depending on where you decide to set up the shelter of your robotic mower if external adjustments are to be provided (holes in a terrace etc.).


I am not a handyman, what should I do?

No problem, the operations to be carried out are basic and do not require special skills. Maybe it will take more time than an expert, but don't worry, you will be successful!
